Q: What are our office hours?
A: Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 16:30.

Q: What is the waiting period before I can claim?
A: As soon as we have received at least one month’s premium, you will be able to claim. Yes, you read correctly, there is no waiting period!

Q: How long does it take to pay out my claim?
A: For legitimate RentLoss & LabourInsure claims, we will pay out your claim within a maximum of two (2) business days.

  • CatastropheInsure claims under R1 million: Max two (2) business days.
  • Exceeding R1 million: Referred to Flagship Financial Services (Pty) Ltd. Turnaround: 3–5 business days.
  • Exceeding R2 million: Referred to Infiniti Insurance Limited. Turnaround: 5–7 business days.
